Angeline Lucile Williams (nee Gray), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late Clyde Williams; cherished daughter of the late John and Alvina Gray; Devoted mother of Michael J. (Claudene) Williams and Pam (Mark) Makowski; loving grandmother of Laura (Colin) Heath, Katie (Jim ) Jackson, and Matthew Makowski; great-grandmother of Jacob (Lauren) Heath, Natalie Jackson, Benjamin Jackson, Rachel Jackson, Lindsay Jackson, Charlie Jackson, Sam Heath, Ella Heath, and Olivia Heath. Angelina is preceded in death by her grandson, Russell Makowski, her three brothers, Robert McGee, Edward Gray, and Ted Gray, and her sister, Marie Miller.
Angie was married to the love of her life, Clyde, for 71 years before his passing, and together they enjoyed Sunday drives and hosting lively parties in their younger years. A self-taught quilter and crocheter, Angie found joy in creating handmade treasures, and she especially cherished holidays and birthdays, always cooking everyone’s favorite dishes. She was a loving mother and grandmother, a wonderful cook, and a genuinely good person with a warm sense of humor. She loved chatting on the phone, had a fond admiration for Anderson Cooper and delighted in reading and spending time with her family. Angie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
