Angelo Tiseo Obituary

Tiseo, Angelo J.

born June 2, 1938 to the late Bertha and Louis Tiseo in Detroit, Michigan passed away Monday, May 5, 2025. Angelo leaves behind his beloved wife of 26 years, Susan. Angelo served in the U.S. Army National Guard prior to joining Ford Motor Company in 1956. While at Ford he served as Committee Man, Chairman, and ultimately President of Local 228. Later he was appointed to the International Staff of UAW until he retired in 2001. He was a strong Catholic and family man, if you were his friend, you were his friend for life. Angelo will be remembered for his colorful storytelling, a roaring laughter and a fierce loyalty to all. He lived the last words of Fr. Solanus Casey beautifully, "I give my soul to Jesus Christ." He was preceded in death by his brothers, Louie, Michael and Bob (Virginia) Tiseo. Angelo leaves behind his brothers, Richard (Nancy) and Bruce (Toni) along with many nieces and nephews, friends and his beloved cat, "Boots".
