Angelo M. Tornicelli, 64, of 2 Mead Avenue, Pittsfield, passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at Berkshire Medical Center. Born in Pittsfield on May 5, 1952, the son of Angelo G. and Maria Cristofari Tornicelli, he was a 1970 graduate of Taconic High School. Angelo served his country, as a member of the US Army during the Vietnam War from 1972 to 1978. A mason by trade, Angelo worked for fifteen plus years at Petricca and also for his brother's Masonry Company, Val Tornicelli Masonry. Angelo was a 40 year member of the Local 473 Laborers Union. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, hunting, archery and gardening, especially growing his tomatoes. He leaves his daughter; Kimberly A. Tornicelli and her companion Scott Werth of Richmond, MA, his four granddaughters; Jordyn Biagiotti of North Adams, and Baeleigh Biagiotti, Madisyn Biagiotti, Kaeleigh Tornicelli all of Richmond, his two brothers; Val Tornicelli and his wife Shirley of Pittsfield, Giovanni Tornicelli of California, his three sisters; Emily O'Malley of Boca Raton, FL, Fiorella O'Malley and her husband Don of Coconut Creek, FL and Vanda O'Brien and her husband Don of Boca Raton, FL and many loved nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. He was predeceased by his wife; the former Laurie L. Lussier who died August 15, 2008. FUNERAL NOTICE: Calling hours for Angelo M. Tornicelli who died November 1, 2016 will be Tuesday November 8, 2016 at DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield from 4 to 7p.m. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of the funeral
