Anita was born on July 20, 1971, in De Smet, SD, to Lee and Dorothy (Dirksen) Fuller. She attended Henry High School in South Dakota and graduated from Dakota State University.
Anita's journey began in the small town of Henry, where she spent her formative years. She was a beacon of school spirit at Henry High School, where she proudly took on the role of the school mascot and served as a student manager. Her involvement with 4-H allowed her to explore her passions and develop the leadership skills that would serve her throughout her life. After graduating from high school, Anita continued her education at Dakota State University, where she earned her degree and prepared for a future that would be as dynamic as she was.
On September 4, 2004, Anita married Jeff Stitt in Rochester, NY. Professionally, Anita's career was marked by her dedication and excellence. She brought her talents to The Democrat and Chronicle, where her work ethic and warm demeanor made her a favorite among her colleagues. At Sentry Safe, Anita's creativity and strategic thinking contributed to the company's success. Later, she joined iCircle, where she continued to make significant contributions through her work, always striving to make a positive impact on the community she served.
Beyond her professional life, Anita's interests and hobbies were a reflection of her zest for life and her love for her faith. She found joy and inspiration in Christian concerts, with the Kingdom Bound festival being a highlight of her year. Her hands were rarely idle, as she delighted in crafting and needlework, creating beautiful pieces.
Anita is survived by her husband, Jeff Stitt, of Rochester, NY; her parents, Lee and Dorothy (Dirkson) Fuller of Henry, SD; one brother, David Fuller, of Henry, SD; four nephews and nieces, Carter and Peyton Hoffer; and Collin and Olivia Fuller.
