A Graveside Service will be held Monday, December 15th at 2 p.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 3901 Forest Lawn Dr, Greensboro, NC 27455, with Rev. Don Clement officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
