Ann Calicchia, 95, of Alcar Drive, Johnston, died Friday, August 2, 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the widow of Henry Calicchia. They had been married for almost 53 years before his death in 2004.
Born in Cranston, she was a daughter of Giuseppe and Celia (Casprino) Natalia. She had lived in Johnston for her whole life.
Ann worked along with her husband at Prudence Hall Caterers on Prudence Avenue, in Silver Lake Providence for many years.
She is survived by her beloved daughter, Natalie Gemma and her husband, Michael, of Johnston. She was the devoted grandmother to: Bianca Gemma, Mia Miller and her husband, Brian and Michael Gemma, Jr. She was the sister of Lawrence "Larry" Natalia of Cranston. She was the sister of the late Ylanda LaFauci, Stella "Booty" Bofi, Joseph "JoJo" Natalia and Margaret "Margie" Fusco.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at 10am in St. Rocco Church, 927 Atwood Ave, Johnston. According to Ann's wishes, burial will be private, and visitation is omitted.
