Ann Christensen Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels & Cremation Services on Mar. 17, 2026.
Ann L. Christensen, 86, of Enfield, beloved wife of the late Roger Christensen, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 14, 2026 in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born in White Plains, New York on May 7, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Tilda (Orlando) DeCicco. Ann was raised in Rye, New York before later moving to Enfield where she made her home and raised her family.

Ann found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved tending to her garden, watching the birds gather at her birdfeeder, and spending time at the beach cottage in Niantic. Above all else, she cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were the center of her world. She was the kind of person who remembered birthdays, anniversaries, and celebrated the smallest victories of the people she loved with a handwritten greeting card. Those who had the pleasure of knowing her said she was the kindest and sweetest person they knew. Her laughter, warmth, and steady presence will be deeply missed but forever cherished.

Besides her beloved husband, Roger, Ann was predeceased by her brother, Frank DeCicco, and her sisters, Madeline DeCicco and Jean Moroney.

She leaves her two loving daughters, Deb Bradshaw and her husband Rich of Enfield, and Karen Enman and her husband Mike of Windsor Locks; three cherished grandchildren, Dani Enman, Jaimee and her husband Eric Marcus, Kristen and her husband Shawn Robinson; four adored great-grandchildren, Avery, Kris, Teddy, and Kaia; her brother, Vincent DeCicco; as well as several beloved nieces and nephews.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
