MOULTONBOROUGH -- Ann Carmela Colarusso, 60, a loving daughter, mother, sister, aunt and friend passed away unexpectedly in her sleep on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at her home, in Moultonborough, NH.
Ann was born on October 8, 1965, in Concord, NH, and raised in Moultonborough, daughter of the late John M. Colarusso and the late Mary (McCormack) Colarusso.
Ann was a graduate of Moultonborough Academy Class of 1983, and attended Notre Dame College in Manchester, New Hampshire. She was a valued employee of McDonald’s restaurants for over 20 years. A lifelong resident of Moultonborough, she was known for a friendly smile and her ‘Hello, Beautiful’ greeting when seeing friends and loved ones. Her favorite place was Long Island Beach, where she often brought her family, especially her mother, to watch the sunset. She was happiest when she was caring for others or entertaining children in the family with her lovable silly sense of humor, and will be remembered for her generosity, kindness, and her ability to find something meaningful in the smallest of gestures.
Ann leaves her beloved son, John Brian Colarusso of Moultonborough; her brother, Michael Colarusso (wife, Twila Colarusso) of Lillington, NC; her sister, Jean Colarusso (husband, Andrew McWhinnie) of Gilmanton, NH; her sister-in-law, Theresa Colarusso of North Reading, MA; her cherished niece and nephews, Anna Colarusso of Calistoga, CA, Taygen and Mason Colarusso of North Reading, MA; and many extended family members and friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, John J. Colarusso and Matthew A. Colarusso.
Calling hours will be held from 4-7 PM, Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Mayhew Funeral Home, 204 D.W. Highway, Meredith, NH.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 AM, Thursday, November 13, 2025, at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 300 NH-25, Meredith, NH, followed by a private burial.
