Ann H. Criswell, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, avid traveler, and nature lover, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2025, surrounded by her family. Born on July 1, 1931, to Dorothea and William Jones, Ann grew up in a home filled with love, laughter, and strong family values that she carried throughout her life.

Ann was the devoted wife of John Criswell, with whom she shared many wonderful years of love, adventure, and companionship. Together they built a beautiful family and a legacy rooted in kindness, compassion, and joy.

She is survived by her beloved husband John, and her children Jeanne Criswell, Suzanne Frazier (Jack), Marianne Criswell, Carol Dodds (Guy), and John "Jack" Criswell. Ann was a proud and loving grandmother to Lora Criswell, Dan Criswell (Joel), Katrina Criswell, Katelynn Criswell, Casey Criswell, Annie Criswell, Hannah Criswell, Amber Dodds, Savanna Dodds, Edward (Monica) Hable, and R.J. Hable. Each of them brought her immense pride and joy.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Dorothea and William Jones, and her brothers, Thomas Jones and Leonard Jones.

Ann will be remembered for her generous spirit, her deep compassion, and her unwavering love for her family. She had an adventurous heart and a love for the natural world, often finding beauty and peace wherever she went. An avid traveler, she cherished exploring new places - but what mattered most was spending time with her family anywhere in the world. Her strength, warmth, and grace touched everyone who knew her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
