Ann Dagner Obituary

Dagner, Ann S.
WEST COXSACKIE - Ann S. Dagner, of Schellar Park Road, West Coxsackie, N.Y., entered eternal life on February 27, 2024.
She was born on February 15, 1938, to the late John and Shirley Schumaker.
At age 18, she married the late Robert Dagner. They raised a family together. In their golden years, they loved to travel and spend time in Myrtle Beach until Robert's passing. Ann was a devoted wife, mother, "Gram" and friend. She always said she was put on this earth to listen and help others, which she did until the very end.
Ann is survived by her granddaughter, April Rooney and her partner, Dan Otero; grandson, Chad Barrett and his partner, Michelle Loglio; son-in-law, Ed Barrett; sister-in-law, Agnes Schumaker; sister, Linda Labelle; brother, Richard Schumaker; and many friends and family.
Though Ann's passing was unexpected, she is now reunited with those who predeceased her, including her four children, Debra, Barbara, Robert John and Bobby; her brothers, Jack and Wayne; and son-in-law, Tom.
Arrangements have been entrusted to The W.C. Brady's Sons, Inc. Funeral Home, 97 Mansion Street, Coxsackie, N.Y., 12051.
Per Ann's wishes, there will be no services.
Donations can be made in her name to ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tenn., 38105. Condolences and memories may be shared at www.wcbradyssonsincnet.
