Ann C. Dwen, born on April 12, 1932, in Brooklyn, NY, peacefully passed away on December 28, 2025, in Melville, NY. Ann exemplified a life devoted to her family and community.
She will be deeply missed by her loving daughter, Donna (Carl) Kaffeman, her son, John Steven (Viva) Manchester, her daughter, Denise (Ed) Manchester Alverado, her son,Harold Manchester, and her step-daughters Patricia (Paul) Denorio and their children Paul and Chris, Kathy Colucci and her children Michelle and Melissa, and Karen (Bill) Shuker and their children Tina and Billy. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Daniel (Sarah), Corrine, William, Max, and many step-grandchildren. Ann is also survived by her great-grandchildren; Aurora and Belle.
Ann’s legacy of kindness and strength will undoubtedly endure through her children, who carry forward her values and spirit. Preceded in death by her devoted husband, Thomas Dwen, and her beloved parents, John and Celia McCusker, Ann is remembered not only for her warmth and compassion but also for the indelible mark she left on those fortunate enough to have known her.
As we gather to honor her memory, let us celebrate the beautiful life Ann lived, the lessons she imparted, and the love she shared so freely. Her presence will be forever felt in the hearts of her family and those who cherished her.
