A visitation Service for Annie Phillips will be held Monday, April 21, 2025, from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Riser Funeral Home in Columbia, Louisiana. Everybody is welcome to stop by and visit in those two hours.
Ann Marie Oliver Phillips was born April 1, 1956 in Shinnston, WV to the union of her parents, Joseph Oliver and JoAnn Pignanelli and passed from this life peacefully at her residence in Grayson, LA surrounded by her loved ones and her fur-babies. Annie was one of the sweetest souls you could have ever met. She was one of the hardest working ladies around. She never met a stranger and would give the shirt off her back to anybody in need and would do anything for anybody. Annie loved drinking her coffee, cooking, family get-togethers. She enjoyed crafting and could make the most beautiful wreaths. Annie also enjoyed traveling, especially going to the beach. In the end all that ever mattered was her family and fur-babies (Lucy, Iris, Meatball, and Grizzly) and they will miss her tremendously.
Annie was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Chuck Pignanelli, William Pignanelli, Joseph Pignanelli; sisters, Doris Christina and Ruth Ann Pignanelli; and a grandson, Zaq Moore.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Jimmy Phillips; sons, Benjamin Fetty and Jimmy Phillips (Alisa); daughters, Dawn Robinson (Gabriel), Melissa Moore, Tammy Lipe (Mike), Candy Phillips; brother, Augustino Pignanelli Jr; grandchildren, Elijah Robinson, Jessica Bates (Foster), Kylie Zaleski, Isabella Fetty, Ryker Fetty, Justin Phillips, Cody Philips, Sara Phillips, Kelly Phillips; great-grandchildren, Lynnox Bates, Carter Phillips, and Oakley Tatum; as well as a host of other family and friends.
Even though Sweet Annie had already chose cremation, we still ask in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Riser Funeral Home to help with these unexpected funeral arrangements. Please keep this family in your prayers for the long days ahead.
