"Let's go make a memory."
That joyful phrase defined the way Phyllis Ann Covington Roberts-lovingly known as Ann-lived her life. Born June 16, 1954, Ann passed away peacefully on May 13, 2025, with her beloved husband and high school sweetheart, Craig Reed Roberts, by her side, after bravely facing neuroendocrine tumors and multiple myeloma.
Ann and Craig were married for over 50 years, raising a beautiful family together. She was a devoted mother to Russell Craig Roberts (Kara), Kami Brook Roberts Clark, the late Bradley MacKay Roberts, and Tyler Jordan Roberts (Kinna), and a proud grandmother to Ethan Russell Roberts, Collin MacKay Roberts, Cayden Lance Clark, Makell Brook Clark, Emry Snow Roberts, Castle Tyler Roberts, and Romina Ann Roberts-who was named after Ann and born just hours after her passing.
Ann worked as a Labor and Delivery Nurse at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, where she was cherished by coworkers and patients alike. Her calm, compassionate presence brought comfort to countless new mothers.
She found joy in travel, always planning her next two adventures, and loved snorkeling in tropical waters. She also enjoyed shopping for deals, playing racquetball, biking, walking, game nights, and Sunday dinners. She never went far without a piece of candy in her purse or tucked in the candy drawer, ready to share.
Born to Sheral Ross Covington and Mary Phyllis Mason Covington, Ann was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Ross Eugene Covington. She is survived by her siblings Sharleen Covington Jolley (Bill)-Roger Guy Covington (the late Maxine), Roy Jeffrey Covington (Antonia), and Gary Lynn Covington.
Ann cherished her relationships with family and friends. Ann's sister Shar made an intentional effort to call her every day. A huge thank you to all that made special efforts to enrich her life. Ann will be remembered for her warmth, her adventurous spirit, and the deep love she poured into her family and friends.
A public viewing will be held Wednesday, May 21, 2025, from 6–8 p.m. at Wing Mortuary, 118 E Main Street, Lehi, Utah.
Funeral services will be Thursday, May 22 at 11:00 a.m. at the LDS located at 11162 N Alpine Hwy, Highland, UT 84003, with a viewing beforehand from 10:00–10:45 a.m.
She will be laid to rest at American Fork Cemetery.

Dear Ann!
I´m so grateful to you for your kindness to everyone around you, especially to my children. You helped bring my youngest daughter into this world, and saved my life shortly afterward. Your love will be with us forever. God bless you and your loved ones, and comfort and heal wherever needed, as you always did.
