Ann Sheak

Ann (Frangiamore) Sheak, 93, of Somers entered into eternal rest on Saturday, September 9, 2023. Born on June 23, 1930 in Enfield, CT, a daughter of the late Salvatore and Angelina (D'Angelo) Frangiamore. Ann was the last surviving member of her family of 13 Frangiamore children. She had resided in Somers, CT for the past 10 years and in Enfield, CT before that. Prior to retiring, Ann was employed for many years in the retail industry as a corporate manger.
A loving and dedicated mother, grandmother, and aunt, her family was her world!
Ann is survived by her eight children; Dee Lafayette of Somers, Marcia Touchette of Southampton, MA, Roger Sheak of Farmington, NM, Peggy Moore of Paradise, MI, Audrey Sanford of New Britian, Sharon Dube of Cromwell, Don Sheak of Colchester, and Steve Sheak of Harwinton, many, many grandchildren & great grandchildren all of whom she loved very much and will miss her dearly.
Ann was predeceased by a son Larry Sheak.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 11:00 am in St. Patrick Church (St. Jeanne Jugan Parish) Enfield. Memorial donation are suggested to be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
