A Memorial Service for Ann Louise Mauterer Todd, 82, will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Officiating will be Rev. Willis Dear.

Ann was born on August 12, 1943, in New Orleans, Louisiana to Louis D. Mauterer, Jr. and Mildred L. Mauterer and passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2025 in Keithville.

Ann grew up in New Orleans and graduated from Nicholls High School. She attended Soule Business School and held numerous part-time jobs over the years. She loved gardening, sewing, and cooking for her family. But her greatest love and main joy in life was caring for her husband and two girls. Later, she added loving on and spending time with her grandchildren to her joys.

Ann is preceded in death by her parents. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 60 years, Fred R. Todd, Jr.; daughters, Rebecca Staggs (Kenneth), Bonnie Allen (Bill); grandchildren, Rachel Bernard (Elliott), Daniel Staggs, Angela Staggs; and brother, Louis D. Mauterer III (Charlene).

Ann will be terribly missed but the family will always love and cherish her memory.
