Ann Carol Wunderlich Warren, 89 passed away peacefully on Friday January 10, 2025.
She was born on April 19,1935 in Far Rockaway, N.Y., later moving to Cedarhurst and Woodmere in Long Island, N.Y. She was the daughter of the late Murray Wunderlich and Frances Sluth Wunderlich.
After graduating from Syracuse University in 1957, she married a month later and taught 3rd grade in Long Island for a year before traveling to Germany with her husband who had been drafted as a physician into the Army.
After 3 years in Germany, they moved to New Jersey, finally settling in Fanwood, NJ, where she lived for 49 years. In 2015 she moved along with her husband to Greenspring Village in Springfield Va to be closer to family.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Dr. Bertram Warren, two daughters, Dr. Susan Warren(Justin) and Miriam Warren Krauss(Gary), and her grandchildren, Nathan, Jake, Arielle, and Moses.
She is interred at King David Memorial Gardens in Falls Church, VA.
