**Obituary for Anna G. Adame**
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Anna G. Adame, a beloved matriarch, cherished mother, and devoted friend, who passed away on February 17, 2025, in Ingleside, Texas, at the age of 77. Born on May 30, 1947, in Gregory, Texas, Anna was a beacon of love and strength for her family and friends.
Anna found immense joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether cheering passionately for the Dallas Cowboys or delighting in the thrill of baseball games where she could often be found watching her grandsons play. Her unwavering faith as a good Christian woman served as a guiding light, illuminating the path for those fortunate enough to know her. Anna was adored for her infectious laughter, her love of family gatherings, and her endearing fondness for programs like Judge Judy, which brought her much joy.
Anna will be lovingly remembered by her children Abel G. Adame III(Gigi), Michael A. Adame (Lorie), Ida A. Gilkerson (Robert); daughter in law, Monica Adame; grandchildren, Alexis(Andrew), Stephen(Sarah), Aleshia(Gary), Justin, Seth, Ashton(Matt), Jessica(Justin),Sean, Devrie(Cody),Ryan, Abraham(Chastity),Kayla(Sly), Jacob(Korina), Kristina, Marcus, Iris(Zeke), Devyn, Bradon “Bebito”, Zachary(Aly), Garrett; sisters, Jane(Frank), Mary(Leon), Cruz(Pete); brothers, Mando, Joe(Emma). She is survived by an extensive family including numerous great-grandchildren. She leaves behind a legacy rich in love and warmth, forever embedded in the hearts of her family.
Preceded in death by her cherished parents, Gilberto and Jesusa Gonzales, her beloved husband, Abel Adame Jr. , and her sons, Tommy and Mark Adame, Anna's spirit will eternally shine in the memories of those she leaves behind, including her grandson, Marcus Adame, and great-granddaughter, Raylynn Adame.
In celebration of Anna's remarkable life, a public viewing will take place on February 22, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Charlie Marshall Funeral Home in Aransas Pass, Texas. A funeral service will be held thereafter at 2:00 PM, followed by a graveside service at 3:00 PM, where family and friends will gather to honor her memory.
Let us come together to celebrate the extraordinary life of Anna G. Adame, whose love will resonate within our hearts forever. Her laughter, kindness, and unwavering spirit will be missed, but her legacy will continue to inspire all who knew her. May she rest in eternal peace.
