Anna M. Alesandro, age 55, of Utica, passed away on Thursday January 20, 2022 at St. Luke's Hospital with her beloved family by her side.
She was born in Utica on December 20, 1966, a daughter of Barbara (Stevens) Alesandro and the late Frank Alesandro. She was a graduate of TR Proctor High School.
Anna was employed in the Insurance Industry for many years with the David Holmes Ins. Agency and subsequently the Bailey-Haskel Ins. Agency until her retirement. Anna was a loving and devoted daughter, mother, and grandmother. Her life centered around her family especially her daughter and grandchildren. They will forever hold her memory in their hearts.
Surviving is her mother Barbara Alesandro; her loving daughter and best treasure Marissa Crouse; her cherished grandchildren Jade and Jaxon who were "The light of her Life"; Brianna Giruzzi, who she considered as a second daughter; her sister and brother-in-law Tanya and Michael Feldman; her brothers and sisters-in-law Michael and Mary Rita Alesandro; Christopher Alesandro, Frank and Veronica Alesandro and Nicholas Alesandro; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; also The Crouse family and her two very special friends Bobby Roberts and Bonnie Miner.
To my only sister give daddy a hug and kiss for me. I will love you forever and promise to take care of Mamoo and Marissa. Have fun with Dad. Love you, Tanya.
Visitation will be held on Monday from 4-6 pm at The Scala & Roefaro Funeral Home Inc. 1122 Culver Ave. Utica. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Tuesday morning at 10:30 am in St. Anthony/St. Agnes Church, Utica. Private interment will be in the family plot in Calvary Cemetery.
Face masks are NYS required for all services.
