Anna Maria Boesch

Anna Maria Boesch passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, December 4, 2025. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend to many.

She is survived by her husband James "Jimmy" Boesch; her children, Jamie Boesch (Daniel), Melissa Thomas (Josh), Lindann Clark (Blaise), James Boesch (Caleb); her grandchildren, Bethany Wiley (Matt), Maci Keen (Nate), Landon Matherne, Hayden Boesch, Hannah Thomas, Ava Thomas, and Blaise "BB" Clark Jr.; her great grandchildren, Cooper Keen, and Baby Boy Wiley; her brothers, Arnaldo Ortiz Jr (Cheryl), Leo Ortiz (Celie), and Michael Ortiz (Karen); her sisters, Tina Verrett (Scott) and April Turcios (Richie); lifelong friendship/sisters, Geney Ragusa(Glen) and Cindy Diaz (Andy). She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and family members.

She is preceded in death by her loving parents, Arnaldo "AL" Ortiz and Linda Ortiz.

Anna was born in New Orleans, LA on August 20, 1962, and a longtime resident of Avondale, LA. Anna devoted her life to her husband, children, and grandchildren. She was always present at every important moment and every time she was needed. She took immense pride in their accomplishments and supported them with unconditional love. She shared a beautiful 47-year marriage with her teenage sweetheart; it was a marriage that was built on "TRUE LOVE ALWAYS". Anna will always be remembered by her signature style "Bling & Leopard Print". She leaves behind a legacy of love, devotion, and joy that will be cherished by all who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and loved her.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday, December 8, 2025, at Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, 1190 Hwy. 51 North Ponchatoula, LA 70454, starting at 10:00 a.m. until the start of the funeral service at 12:00 p.m.

A cremation will follow.
