Anna Marie Bonanni

Anna Bonanni passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Sunday, June 29, 2025. Born in Ovindoli, Italy on October 17, 1929 to the late Achille and Pasquina D'Onofrio, Anna was a longtime resident of Stevensville until living with her family in Crofton and Edgewater for the last several years. Anna loved to cook for her family and also enjoyed walking and gardening. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years, Pasquale Bonanni; her siblings, Bianca, Piero D'Onofrio and Maria Annunciata D'Onofrio; her brothers-in-law, Angelo Bonanni, Vincenzo and Ugo and her sister-in-law, Nedda Bonanni. She is survived by her children, Mary and Robert (Diane); her grandchildren, Lisa, Julie, Patrick, Lauren, Nicole and Joseph; her siblings, Edo (Ellena) and Bruno (Maria Luisa) D'Onofrio, Livianna Pietrantoni and Carla (Luigi) Rantucci; her sister-in-law, Sandra; brothers-in-law, Mario and Benito (Kathy) Bonanni, 10 great grandchildren who brought her joy and company in her later years and many other relatives and friends. Friends and family are invited to celebrate Anna's life on Monday, July 7 from 10 to 11:30 am at Holy Family Catholic Church, 826 W Central Avenue, Davidsonville, MD 21035 where Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11:30 am. Interment will follow at Lakemont Memorial Gardens, 900 W Central Ave, Davidsonville, MD 21035.
