Anna P. Cibelli
"Loving Aunt & Great Aunt"
Anna P. Cibelli, of Waterbury, passed away at her home on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. She was the wife of the late Henry G. Baribault.
Anna was born in Waterbury, CT, a daughter of the late Domenic and Maria (Musco) Cibelli and was educated in local schools. Before her retirement, Anna was a special education teacher for the City of Waterbury School System for over 40 years. She was a member of the Waterbury Teacher's Union. She was a talented artist, specializing in stained glass crafts.
Anna leaves behind, her nephew, Domenic Cibelli and his wife, Lisa of Wolcott, CT, two nieces, Jennifer Bowling and her husband, Michael of Selma, NC, Heather Ross and her husband, Justin of Wolcott, CT and great nieces and nephews, Michael, Ellissa, Isabelle, Jason, Domenic and Brianna. She was predeceased by her siblings, Domenic and Alphonse Cibelli and Phylis Jones.
Arrangements: A calling hour for Anna will be held on Friday, August 25, 2023 from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. at Chase Parkway Memorial/Albini Family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow the calling hour at 10:00 a.m. at the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception. Burial will follow Mass at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
