She is survived by numerous family members and friends who mourn her passing.
In addition to her parents, Elmer and Roxie Hurt, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Denney; and an infant sister.
She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 5, 2026, between 11 am – 12 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 12 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Edwards Chapel Cemetery.
