Anna C. DiChiara

Anna C. (DiGiovanni) DiChiara, 88, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. She was the wife of the late Michael W. DiChiara. She is survived by her three children, Lisa Krausz and husband Dan, of Rehoboth Beach, DE, Michael DiChiara of Warwick, and Stephen DiChiara and wife Kathleen of Lincoln, along with seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
A true entrepreneur, Anna ran a hair salon in the 1950's out of the Arcade in Providence, where she was known as "Jackie." After raising her children, she started a payroll company which she ran for over 20 years before selling it and retiring.
Anna loved a good card game and sneaking off to the casino. She was a great cook and fortunately for the family she taught two of her grandchildren how to make her infamous omelet - a Christmas morning tradition.
