Anna Olivia Healey

Anna Olivia Healey, 9, passed away Tuesday, March 14th in her home in Zionsville after a 5-year battle with cancer. Anna was a fourth-grade student at Pleasant View Elementary School in Zionsville, one of her favorite places. Anna was born in Indianapolis on May 8, 1996 to Steven and Barbara Healey. She was a loving sister and mentor to her brother Brian, 6.

Anna cherished friendships and was genuinely interested to learn about every person she met. Her family would like to thank all of the supportive friends, teachers and hospital staff who filled her life with joy.

Anna loved life and lived each day with an inspiring positive attitude we can only hope to emulate.

A casual Celebration of Life Service will be held at Eagle Church, 5801 S. 650 East, Whitestown (www.eaglechurch.com) on Sunday, March 19th at 1 pm E.S.T., 12 pm Rensselaer time, with fellowship following the service until 6pm. Arrangements are being handled through Flanner & Buchanan Funeral Center of Zionsville, (www.flanner-buchanan.com). Anna was fortunate to be surrounded by loving family, including aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents John and Mary Lou Baumann, Rensselaer, and Denny and Susie Healey, also of Rensselaer.
