Anna Marut

Anna Marut, 88, of Toms River, NJ, passed away peacefully on May 31, 2024. Born on May 13, 1936, in Newark, NJ to Anthony and Emily Belavich, Anna was known for her dedication to her family, her generous spirit, coaching softball, cooking, baking, and love of gardening. She graduated from Kearny High School and worked as a dedicated Mother, Banker, and Realtor. Anna married her beloved husband, Edmund Sr., and they raised four loving sons. She is survived by her children, Alan (partner Elaine), John (Michele), and Anthony (Deseré). Her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Ryan, Jack, Margo, Tanner, Gabi, Joe, and Shannon. Her furry pet grandchildren, Bailey, Trixie, Angel, Hunter, Honey, Romeo, Gordo, Diamond, Luna, and Harvey. Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Edmund Sr., and her son, Edmund Jr.
Visiting will be Thursday 3:00pm to 7:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Friday, June 7, 2024 at 9:30am at St. Justin's RC Church 975 Fischer Blvd., Toms River, NJ.
