Anna Notini

NOTINI, Anna. June 21, 1927-September 4, 2024, age 97, of Lexington, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family and friends. She is survived by her children, Sylvia and Riccardo, her grandchildren, Tobias with Anna, Enrico with Kes, Riccardo, Liana with Len, Matteo, and her grandchild Baby Elio. She was predeceased by her husband, Elio, and her siblings, Maria, Mario, and Massimo.
Mrs. Notini was a teller first and a student loans officer later at Leader Federal Bank in Lexington for over two decades. After she retired, for a few years she worked for the Assessing Office at the Town of Lexington. Although she always dreamed of the small town in Tuscany where she was born, she was proud to be a Lexingtonian and told her children that that was where she wanted to live until she died.
Anna was practical and clever. She was good with numbers, as well as with knitting, embroidery, and cooking. She had a marvelous sense of humor to the very last days of her life. She will be missed by all.
