Anna Pochodenko

Anna Pochodenko, nee Kowolczyn, was born January 21, 1923 in Yablunka, Ukraine, passed away surrounded by family at 103 years old on March, 15, 2026, in Melrose Park, IL, where she lived for over 60 years. Beloved wife of the late Jonn Pochodenko; loving mother of Olga (the late Anthony) Svaldi, John (Maria Balmacada) Pochodenko, and the late Zenon "Zen" Pochodenko; devoted grandmother of Natalie Svaldi and Stephanie (Chris Fennell) Svaldi; great-grandmother of Vivian, Sofia, and Anthony Fennell; sibling and aunt of many in Ukraine.

Visitation Friday, March 20, from 10 AM until time of Service at 11 AM at Knollcrest Funeral Home, 1500 S. Meyers Rd. (3 Blks S. of Roosevelt) Lombard, IL 60148.
