She was the beloved daughter of the late Robert G. Tice and Betty J. Tice of East Liverpool. Anna leaves behind her loving husband, David P. (Perk) Potts Sr., whom she married on June 25, 1975. Her memory will also be cherished by her children: Christina Evans (Eric Herrin), David Potts Jr. (Jamie Potts), Herman Potts (Jennifer Potts), and Candy Cain McGennis, whom she considered as her own daughter.
Anna was proud of her grandchildren: Thomas Tice, Alyssa Evans (Eric Wilson), Gary Evans, Aleigha Potts, Maddox Potts, Joseph Earich (Beth Haddox), Payne Earich (Madison Earich), and Michael I. Earich. She also adored her great-grandchildren: Annie, Erica, Nicole, Willow, Eric Wilson Jr., Violet, and Diego Earich. Anna had a special bond with her pet, Zoey Potts, and was also loved by several nieces and nephews. She is survived by her sister Patty Bailes, and was preceded in death by her sister Ruth Tice and brother Robert Tice Jr.
Anna had a passion for bowling, participating in a women's league at Tri-State Lanes for a decade. She worked at Mountaineer Race Track in food service and security prior to her retirement and was currently enjoying her role as a door greeter at Walmart.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to the 4th-floor nursing staff of East Liverpool City Hospital for their exceptional care. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Anna, please visit our floral store.
