She was the cherished daughter of Lotte and Chuck Rogers, and a beloved grandchild to Zena Rogers (Nan), Inger Kristensen (Bedstemor), and Gert Hovgaard (Morfar). She also shared a special bond with her aunt Moster Pia, who was like a second mother to Anna-Saphia. Her family's unwavering love and support were the cornerstones of her remarkable journey.
From a young age, Anna-Saphia exhibited an extraordinary zest for life, embracing her passions with enthusiasm and grace. She was a passionate sled hockey player, demonstrating her determined spirit on the ice. Her creative talents shined brightly as an artist, where her vivid imagination and designs captivated the hearts and minds of those who were fortunate to experience her work.
Anna-Saphia's vibrant personality and stunning beauty graced the runways of New York Fashion Week, where she modeled for an adaptive clothing designer. Her natural elegance and confidence illuminated the fashion world, challenging norms and celebrating diversity. Off the runway, she was a devoted fan of the Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay Rays, her spirit and energy a regular fixture at their games. She also found a tremendous joy being a tree-hugging hippie in the woods while camping at festivals.
The words "I can't" did not exist in her vocabulary.
Travel and culinary adventures were among Anna-Saphia's many interests. She sought to explore the world and savor its myriad flavors, her foodie escapades leaving a trail of cherished memories and stories to be retold with laughter and smiles. She loved saltwater and cherished fishing with her father or sailing the Caribbean with her family.
Anna-Saphia believed in a just and inclusive world for all.
Those fortunate enough to have known Anna-Saphia will recall a young woman of boundless creativity, a gentle demeanor, and an indomitable spirit that defied challenges. She lived her life with purpose and joy, touching lives and leaving an indelible mark on the world.
Anna-Saphia's legacy is one of resilience, beauty, and the power of living authentically. Her life, though brief, was a testament to the strength of the human spirit and the capacity for joy in the face of adversity. She will be profoundly missed by her family, friends, and all who were inspired by her journey.
As we bid farewell to Anna-Saphia Rogers, we celebrate the extraordinary life she led and the countless ways in which she enriched our lives. Her memory will continue to shine brightly, a guiding light of hope and beauty that will never fade.

Anna-Saphia was an incredible adaptive athlete and I loved having her out on the ice. I will truly miss her so much! She would tell me about her incredible travels, modeling and adventures. I am so proud to have had you as a teammate on our Tampa Bay Lightning Sled Hockey Team. I will proudly wear your name on my helmet in tribute at the Women's Sled Hockey World Championship in August representing Team USA. You are coming with me girl. Heartfelt condolences to your sweet, supportive family.
