Anna M. Sheasley

1937 - 2024

Anna Marie Sheasley, 87, of Youngwood, formerly of Manor, passed away Saturday October 5, 2024. She was born August 15, 1937 in Elderton, a daughter of the late Edward and Vera Louise (Reefer) Scott, and in addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son Brent Sheasley, and her husband Floyd Erwin Sheasley. Anna was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Plum and worked as sales associate demoing products for many years at Giant Eagle, North Huntingdon. She was also a member for many years of the Manor American Legion Auxiliary, Irwin Chamber of Commerce, and Ladies of Antique Farm Club. Anna was a loving mother and grandmother, who enjoyed traveling, crafting, and she was a skilled calligraphist. She is survived by her children LaDawn (Joseph) Ketter of Jeannette, and Lori Kowalski (Mike Mitchell) or Irwin; grandchildren Melanie (William) Bedont, Nicole (Allen) Rhea, and Joshua Wesling; great grandchildren Alexis Rhea, Anthony Bedont, and Jaxson Wesling; sister and brother Marion McCutcheon of Clarion and Larry Scott of Elderton; also nieces and nephews. Friends and family will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, at the William Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., 521 Main Street, Irwin, 724-863-1200.
