Anna M. Spiak of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2025.
A visitation with Rosary will be on Tuesday, December 16th from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. in the chapel of Quinn-Shalz Funeral Home, 3600 3rd St. S, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.
The funeral mass will be held the following day, Wednesday, December 17th at 12:00 p.m. at St. Peters Catholic Church, 960 Girvin Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32225.
Burial will be on Thursday, December 18th at 11:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Hope Cemetery, 960 Girvin Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32225.
