Anna "Feltner" Standafer

Anna Standafer, age 73, of Huntington, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at River Terrace in Bluffton, IN.

Anna was born on June 7, 1952, in Hazard County, Kentucky, to the late John and Willia (Sexton) Feltner. On May 31, 1978, she married her beloved husband of 41 years, Everett E. Standafer, Sr. He preceded her in death on May 29, 2020.

Anna was proud of her Baptist upbringing and cherished her religious background. She was a homemaker but also did some babysitting for families and had worked at Pathfinder Services in Huntington for many years.

Anna is survived by one daughter, Angie (Ben) Hunt of Ohio, a son Everett Estill (Kari) Standafer Jr. of Huntington, seven grandchildren Allie Feltner, Melissa Kidd, Haley Standafer, Brandon Standafer, Stella Garwood, Jennifer Bartels, Jo Mueller; a great-grandson Ivan Douglass; nieces and nephew, Selina Feltner (Tisha Grimme), Kelsy (Derek) Roberts, Cory (Brandi) Feltner, and Lex Feltner.

Along with her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Feltner.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. followed by an 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service at McElhaney Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN, with Pastor Worlie Newsome officiating.

Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Andrews, IN.
