Anna L. Waltman

Anna L. Waltman, 95, of Bedford, died on Sunday, October 20, 2024 at Kittanning Health and Rehab Center. She was born on July 19, 1929 in Hyndman a daughter of the late John and Eva (Sherman) Lehman. On May 16, 1955 in San Antonio, TX, she married John V. Waltman who preceded her in death on November 13, 2015. She is survived by two sons: Jeffrey L. Waltman and wife Kathleen of Woodruff, SC; Stephen B. Waltman and wife Jackie of Pittsburgh, and a daughter, Susan Bieber and husband Scott of Emmaus; six grandchildren Brandon Day and wife Amber, Ryan Day and wife Jolie, Adam Day and wife Destiny, Alyssa Greathouse and husband Will, Lauren Facchine and husband Greg, Lance Waltman and wife Kristina; one sister Faye May of Martinsburg. She was preceded in death by one grandson Brandon.
Anna graduated from Hyndman High School in 1947, and then went to work for the FBI as a typist in Washington D.C. She then worked for Standard Register and retired in 1990. Anna was a member of the Bedford Presbyterian Church.
