Annamaria Elizabeth Jones

High Point – Annamaria Elizabeth Ferree Jones, 76, died Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at High Point Regional.

She was born March 2, 1949, in Germany, and was the daughter of the late Milton Lee Ferree and Marie Lotte Fischer Ferree. Her loving husband Jimmie Glen Jones (2019) and her son Gary Glen Jones (2009) and two sisters, Doris Ferree and Emma Ferree preceded her in death.

Annamaria was a beautiful, sweet, caring, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved being with family, seeing everyone smile and happy together. This made her the happiest of all. She worked hard for her family and made sure no one went without. She loved attending church services and enjoyed coloring in her spare time. She was a member of Charity Baptist Church for 35 years. Annamaria was a role model everyone looked up to. She will always and forever be loved and missed by her family and close friends. May she rest in peace with the angels in heaven and in the arms of our Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ.

Annamaria is survived by children, David Jones of Trinity, Hannah Morga of High Point, Carrie Jones of Trinity, Joshua Williams (Ashley) of Kernersville, Casey Jones of Thomasville; siblings, Randy Ferree, Peggy Ferree, Jennifer Ferree, Michael Ferree; grandchildren, Elena Jones, Elisa Jones, Emanuel Jones, Nathalie Reyes, Daniel Reyes, Nova Jones, Joshua Williams, Jr. and addition to several nieces and nephews.

A Private Memorial service will be scheduled for a later date.
