Anne Marie Konrad

Anne Marie Konrad, 66, of LaGrange, Illinois, died unexpectedly at her home on October 2, 2025. Anne was predeceased by her parents Arthur and Mary; siblings Paul, Mark, Brian and Kevin. She is survived by siblings Dave (Harriet), Colin (Pam), Karen Gordon (John) and sisters-in-law Renee Stauner and Tammy Konrad. Anne was known by all as being incredibly kind, selfless and caring. Beloved aunt of 13 nieces and nephews, and 6 great nieces and nephews. Survived by many lifelong friends, colleagues and neighbors.

Anne and her family moved from Kankakee to LaGrange in 1967. She attended St. Francis Xavier School and Lyons Township High School. Anne held various positions at the Chicago Board of Trade until her retirement. Anne was well known for being generous, kind and loving. She loved walking, especially at Graue Mill. Her favorite thing was spending time with family and life long friends. She loved spending time at the pool and playing bingo with new friends. Anne was a world-class card player and spent hours teaching her nieces and nephews, then taking them out for milkshakes and snacks. Anne will be missed by many who loved her.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 6 to 9pm Thursday, October 9th at the American Legion Post 1941, 900 LaGrange Rd, La Grange, IL 60525.
