Anne Lowe Obituary

Anne M. Lowe, 94, of Winchester, passed away on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at her home in Winchester.
Anne was born on July 2, 1931, in Oneida, Tennessee to the late Lincoln and Myrtle Stewart. Anne worked as a secretary for St. Vincent Randolph Hospital for many years. She was a member of the old Chapelwood Baptist Church. Anne enjoyed sewing and used to make formal dresses for proms and other events. Her greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren.
Anne is survived by her son, Eddie D. Lowe; three grandchildren, Michael Lowe, Renee Moyer, and Leslie Lowe; three siblings, Marie Phenis, Elbert Stewart (wife Edith), and William Stewart (wife Diane) and several nieces and nephews.
Anne was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Lowe; and five siblings, Ethel, Elmer, Haskel, Susie, and Clayton.
Following Anne's request, she will be cremated and there will be no public services.
