Anne V. Angelo Orison

Anne V. Angelo Orison, 78, of Burgettstown, passed away on Monday morning August 18, 2025 in AHN Jefferson Hospital.

She was born on Christmas Day December 25, 1946 in Burgettstown a daughter of the late Leman Leroy and Josephine DiBacco Angelo.

Mrs. Orison enjoyed working a crossword puzzle while watching TV and most of all spending time with her family.

Her husband Hughie Orison passed away on May 1, 1996.

She is survived by her sons Mark Orison and Archie Orison; granddaughter Alayne Douglas (George); Grandsons Antonio Orison (Kaylie), Bryan Orison (Shawna), Tevin Orison (Jacklyn), Skyler Orison, and Jimmy Fordyce (Paula); a sister Agnes Grubb (the late Warren); brothers Medie Angelo (the late Marsha) and Lenny Angelo (the late Michelle) and many nieces and nephews.

Deceased in addition to her parents and husband is her son Christopher Orison (surviving wife Lori); her daughter Eleanor "Sissy" Orison, sisters Cindy Boulanger (Chuck) and Josephine Baron (Richard); and a brother Leman Leroy Angelo, Jr.

Family and friends will be received from 2:00-6:00 p.m. on Thursday August 21, 2025 in Slater Funeral & Cremation Services Inc. of Burgettstown, 73 Highland Avenue, Burgettstown, PA 15021 where services officiated by Pastor Kenn Jacobs will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday August 22, 2025. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in the Grandview Cemetery, Florence.
