Published by Macy Allnutt Funeral Service-Eaton Chapel on Feb. 23, 2010.
Anne Williamson, 74, of Loveland, passed away February 23, 2010. Anne was born to William and Constance Cooper on September 5, 1935 in Chatham-Kent, England. When Anne was 5 years old she was evacuated to Whales during the second World War, then reunited with her family. At 16, she finished high school, moved to London and became a telephone operator. She met and married John Burbridge. Together they had their one and only child Julie. They lived in England, Canada, France and Germany. They arrived at Ellis Island in July of 1964, their last move was to Loveland in June of 1970. They later divorced. November 30, 1974 Anne married Dean Williamson. They celebrated 35 years of Joy and Happiness. They traveled to Europe but their happiest trips were in their RV's seeing the United States and with their friends with the "Good Sams". Together they also enjoyed their Gourmet Dinner Group Theatre Clubs and Senior Dances. Anne is survived by her loving, caring husband Dean, daughter and son-in-law Julie and Mark Acres; stepsons Steve and wife Beth Williamson; Allen Williamson, grandchildren Sara Judge, Dustin Acres, Micheal Williamson and Andrea Williamson; great grandchildren Austin Acres, and Madison Judge. Anne's brother Ron and sister Stella along with her parents preceded her in death. Anne's 3 beloved dogs (Cockers) Honey, Brandy and Buffy left her with many memories. The family would like to thank the staff of the Alzheimer's Association, Loveland Good Samaritan Village and Pathways Hospice for all their wonderful care. Memorial service will be held at 2:00pm, Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at Allnutt Funeral Service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Larimer County Humane Society as Anne loved her animals, or the charity of your choice in care of Allnutt Funeral Service, 2100 N. Lincoln Ave., Loveland, CO 80538.
