Annetta "Agee" Williams

1935 - 2026

Annetta "Agee" Williams, 90, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Friday, February 13, 2026.

She was born July 8, 1935 to A.J. and Beulah (Nelson) Williams in Kansas City, Missouri.

For more than 20 years, she was a dedicated member of Ashland United Methodist Church, where she developed lasting bonds and became a beloved member of the congregation.

Her competitive spirit shone brightly in sports. She was an accomplished golf player, a bowling champion, and an exceptionally skilled fastpitch women's softball player, earning respect and admiration on the field.

Travel also played a significant role in her life. She found her second homes in Branson and Lake Tahoe, where she delighted in spending a couple of weeks each summer, soaking in the natural beauty and making cherished memories with friends and family. These destinations became a heartfelt part of her yearly routine, filled with joy and relaxation.

Family was the cornerstone of Annetta's world. She is survived by her son Cecil Bandoo and her grandchildren Toni Ann and Kamal Bandoo. Agee's presence will also be greatly missed by her dear friends, Cathy Martens, Glenda Reiter, and Mary Kate Gallaher, as well as her extended family and friends. Her life was further enriched by her beloved pets, Rocky and Zoey, who brought her constant companionship and happiness.

Though Agee is preceded in death by her parents, her son Septon Bandoo, her sister, and her cousin Barbara Dunham, her legacy of love, friendship, and zest for life will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and the numerous lives she touched. She will be fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Farewell Services 3:00 P.M., Friday, February 20, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Friends of the Animal Shelter of St. Joseph and to Humane Society of Branson. Online guest book and obituary at www.meierhoffer.com.
