Annette Thomaston

Today we celebrate the life of an amazing woman who has touched so many of our lives and is gone too soon! Ms. Annette Thomaston, of Plainfield, NJ, passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2024. A Visitation and Service will be held on Friday, November 8, 2024, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Judkins Funeral Home, 428 W. 4th St, Plainfield, NJ 07060. Pastor Tracey Farmer, Officiating. MASK RECOMMENDED.
Ms. Annette Thomaston was born on February 4, 1963, to the late Therman and Jeanette Thomaston, who preceded her in death. While her earthly departure is difficult for family and friends, there is great comfort in knowing she is present with the Lord.
Annette Thomaston was raised by her parents in Plainfield, NJ. She attended the Plainfield school system and graduated from Plainfield High School in 1981. After graduation, she started her career at Dunn & Bradstreet and later became a Title Agent at Stern & Eisenberg in Cranford, NJ until her departure. Family meant everything to Annette! She loved spending time with her siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and especially her aunts and uncles. She had many friends and among that long list of friends was her inner circle, "The Golden Girls!" They did everything together and were truly inseparable. She impacted all
whom she came in contact with! Though she did not have a family of her own, Annette still has left a legacy on the earth and will be deeply missed!
Annette was preceded in death by her parents, Therman & Jeanette Thomaston, her brother, Craig Thomaston, and her niece, Quinn Thomaston. Today, her surviving legacy is Her Siblings, Shirley Ragland, Therman Thomaston, Jr., Leonard B. Thomaston, and Yvette (Walter Jr.) Monroe; Her Goddaughter - Nasiya Smith, Her Nieces & Nephews - Megan Thomaston, Jasmine Monroe, Taylor Thomaston, Walter Monroe, III, Her Great-Nieces & Nephews - Laila Jenkins, Aaliyah Monroe, Nasiya
Thomaston, and Chase Monroe, Her Friends – The Golden Girls, and a host of family and friends.
