Annette Marie Watkins was born March 24, 1963, she left this world on January 30th, 2025, at the age of 61.
Annette’s life was one filled with simple joys. She found wonder in the everyday, often looking up to the sky, captivated by the clouds. She had a photographer’s eye, capturing their ever-changing beauty.
She loved the quiet challenge of a crossword puzzle, and the vibrancy of plants and flowers. But above all else, she cherished the time she spent with her family. It was the heart of her world.
Annette is preceded in death by her beloved mother, Hilda Marie Leger; her father, Alvin Jean Leger, and her brother, Michael Keith Leger. We know that they welcomed her with open arms.
Though we feel the absence of her presence, Annette’s love lives on through her daughter, Leslie Carol Watkins; her son, Micheal Watkins. Her siblings, Daniel James Leger, and Rebecca Ann Kemper, also carry on her memory.
And what a legacy of love she created. Annette is survived by her four grandchildren, William Watkins, Christopher Ulmer, Emily Watkins, and Thomas Watkins. The bonds she forged with them will surely be a guiding light in their lives.
Annette also leaves behind a host of extended family and wonderful friends, all touched by her kindness and gentle spirit.
Let the beauty she found in the world, the love she shared with her family, and the quiet grace she possessed, be a comfort to all who knew and loved her.
