Annie J. "Jute" Copelin

Annie Julia (Lango) Copelin, affectionately called "Jute" by family members and friends, was born on November 25, 1934, in Sandersville, GA. She was the first-born child of the late Lonnie and Rosetta (Hodges) Lango.
Jute was educated in the Georgia Public School System.
She was employed at Durlite Company Passaic, NJ for 20 years.
Her spirit was warm and loving to all that crossed her path throughout her journey in life. She will also be remembered for having a heart of gold and looked forward to helping people from all walks of life. She had several passions, which she held dear. These included gardening and cooking.
She was preceded in death by her four siblings: Elouise McCain, Lonnie Lee Lango, Linwood Lango and Dorsey Lango.
She peacefully departed this life on Saturday, January 4, 2025.
Jute leaves to cherish fond memories; her two sisters, Minnie Walker, Rosetta Hall; three brothers, Mitch J. Lango (Rosetta), Marion Lango and Crawford Lango. Jute also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
She will be missed. She will also be remembered in the hearts of the many people that she touched.
