Annie, the news of your 'going home' floored me. In my naivety I had thought that you'd be there to meet me at Shoney’s for breakfast when I got back to Virginia.
And although, I will miss my encourager, friend, and Saturday morning breakfast partner. I rejoice because I know were you are, and in that, one day I will see you again.
But know this; you will be missed.

"Blessed and Highly Favored", Is what my precious Angel Annie Edwards would share with me every time I saw her. Ms. Annie will be truly missed at Wachovia and her spirit will live on. And remember family.... to be absent in body, is to be present with the LORD. Grace and Peace.

When I heard the bad news about her passing- I was shocked needless to say! But I was also happy for her because for as long as I can remember back. This is what Mrs Annie lived for, to be home with her father! To see her husband and sister again! Surley she will be missed no doubt about that but she is having a ball in the present of our LORD! When you see my nana, Mrs Annie tell her I'm doing fine and we miss her! She will be the other one dancing and shouting with the LORD! ( your wachovia family

Ms. Annie was truly the heart of our workplace. There was never a time when she wasn't available for any and all of us. Her spirit and love was contagious and her generousity; boundless. She is so very missed right now, but will remain a special part of our hearts. We loved her. May God bless and comfort everyone touched by her homegoing.

Ms Annie was my "Friend".
I'd like to first say that we were blessed to have such a magnificant person in our lives. Ms Annie showed love for all of us, here at work. We've had good times together with many laughs. She always quoted biblical words. She's asleep now, God knows best. We never know when or who is next. May God comfort you, during this time. I will miss her.

2 Timothy 4:6-8
For I am now ready to be offered and the time of my departure is at hand
I have fought a good fight,
I have finished my course,
I have kept the faith, henceforth there is laid up for me a
crown of righteouness which the Lord, the righteous judge,
shall give me this day.................
The Heavenly Father ushered Ms. Annie into his eternal home with a victory celebration
She persevered, struggled and served God faithfully until the end.......
"Well done good and faithful servant"

Annie will be missed. She was a wonderful person! She also had a smile on her face and touched everyone with love. I also remember all those goodies she would bring to work. On the personal side, I remember coming over to the house and visiting with Annie, Kelly, and the children. Tay and I loved those times. May you rest in peace. I love you. To the family, Annie is not alone. The lord is watching over his angel!

You have always told me to keep my head up and there is nothing that God can't handle. Well I know the pain that I am feeling from missing you and hearing your loving and cheerful voice God will also help me get through it, but most of all, your words I hear over and over "Baby I'm alright, cause I am blessed" I know you are and you are blessed to be in a better place and there is no sickness or pain there. Ms. Annie I am going to miss you.

Ms. Annie was like a second mother to me. I enjoyed the laughs and talks that we shared and I will truly miss that but I know that your husband and sister welcomed you with open arms. Ms. Annie was a awesome woman, my angel. Im going to miss you more than words can explain but I will see you later and when I get there I will bring you that Sprite that you asked for the last time I saw you. To the family we all know that Ms. Annie lived her life to the fullest and was loved by many, so just remember the good times you all had with her. Rest on my good and faithful friend.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

On this sad day I send my prayers to the family of Ms. Annie. Without question, we all know that she was truly a woman of God and I know that now she is rejoicing in the presence of the Lord. On numerous occasions we would talk and she would always speak of the good old times that she had growing up and sitting under the willow tree with her husband. I enjoyed being taken back to those times that I could only imagine in my young life. Ms. Annie always was concerned about my family and always had something positive to say. And my, my......she could surely call on the name of the Lord. Family, know that God is with you and will give each of you the strength to live on as our "Queen" Ms. Annie would want you to. Be blessed and stay strong.

April, I am so very sadden to hear about the loss of your Aunt Annie. I want you to know that she was one of the most kindest and warm-hearted person I ever met. When I ran across her name yesterday, my heart fell. I will always cherish the times we spent together at Signet and how she was there with me thru my illness. I will never forget the powerful prayer she blessed me with while we were at Lunch one day. You know Ms Annie didn't have a Special place or time to pray...Her anointing spirit was with her every second of the day. She Loved Jesus and wasn't afraid to show it! She's resting in the arms of GOD now. May the WORK she did on this earth speak for her.

We will all miss Ms. Annie deeply at Wachovia. She was a trusted friend, co-worker. She was always a positive "ray of sunshine" every day no matter how she felt or what was going on in her life. She helped me through some tough times when my mother was ill and I will never forget all her wonderful kindness and prayers. I hope you are finally at peace, Ms. Annie. You are deeply missed.

I cannot believe that you are gone. You were a true friend and prayer warrior. I will miss the days of our 9:30am lunch....singing and praying at echoe lake, laughing and joking about Wachovia. I cry because I miss you, but I rejoice because I know without a shadow of a doubt that you are with Jesus. Rest on Annie....I know the angels and your sister rejoiced upon your entrance into the gates of heaven. I know one day I will see you again, but until then.."Save a seat for me".
