Annie Gilbert Obituary

Annie M. Gilbert, 87, formerly of Emery Towers, passed away Thursday (Oct. 16, 2025) at Bradford Ecumenical Home.
She was born July 5, 1938, in Campbeltown, Scotland, a daughter of the late Daniel and Jesse Coffield McKenzie.
She attended schools in Campbeltown.
Annie had an artistic side that she expressed through painting and drawing. She enjoyed playing cards and bingo and she especially enjoyed getting dressed up and going shopping.
She is survived by one son, Michael (Robin) Gilbert of Bradford; one daughter, Ann (Ed) Compton of Mount Jewett; one sister, Rita Duncan of Scotland; four grandchildren, Tayler, Sabrina, Heather and Kori; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
A celebration of Annie's life will be announced at a later date.
Memorial contributions in her memory can be made to No Feline Left Behind, P.O. Box 783, Bradford, PA 16701.
