Annie Jones Obituary
Ms. Annie Daws Jones, age 91, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, in
Smithfield, NC. Ms. Annie was a former nursing assistant and a member of the Eastern Star. She served as a mother of the Sycamore Baptist Church. Her survivors include two sons: Curtis L. Jones of Ft. Meyers, FL. and Jerry L. Jones of Raleigh, NC; one sister, Martha Bowling of New York. She is also survived by one granddaughter Skylar M. Jones of Raleigh, NC.
Her public viewing will be held on Saturday February 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Sycamore MIssionary Baptist Church 310 East Main Street Hamilton, NC. The funeral service will be held on Saturday February 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Sycamore Missionary Baptist Church, with Pastor Rawlings officiating. Interment will follow at Hamilton Cemetery, Hamilton, N.C.
