Annie Evelyne Ruiz age 77, of Rocky Top, Tennessee passed away on September 28, 2024, at her residence. She was born on December 28, 1946 in New River, Tennessee to the late Calvin Patterson and Elsie Seiber. In her spare time, Annie enjoyed spending time on her tablet and was a well-known "Facebook Junkie". She also enjoyed listening to religious music on the radio and cooking. Annie is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Tracy Bester, and brother Calvin Patterson.
