Annie Glenn Sinquefield, Kenansville, 96, passed away peacefully in Melbourne, Florida on Monday, October 13, 2025, after an extended illness. She was born on May 7, 1929 in Opelika, Alabama and moved to Brevard County in 1960. Prior to moving to Melbourne, FL she worked at Wee Moderns children's clothing store in Phenix City, Alabama. She was a member of the First Missionary Baptist Church in Kenansville. Along side her husband, Roy, they managed the Holiday Inns of Melbourne from 1960 – 1976. She then went on to become the Chief Revenue Officer for the City of Melbourne until her retirement. She married Roy W. Sinquefield of New Brockton, AL in 1947. She enjoyed being with family, loved fishing and cheering on her beloved Alabama Crimson Tide. She was preceded in death by her parents, her infant daughters, Glenda and Linda and three (3) siblings. She is survived by her son, Jim, Palm Bay; son, Tom, West Melbourne and several nieces and nephews. The graveside service will be held on October 21, 2025, 1:00pm at Kenansville Cemetery, 100 Lake Marian Road, Kenansville, FL 34739. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the First Missionary Baptist Church in memory of Mrs. Sinquefield.
