Annie Ruth Tatum, 61 departed this life on January 19, 2026 at her home in Springfield, MA. Annie was a beloved daughter of Mattie Robbins. Preceded by siblings Sherry Tatum and Isaiah Robbins Jr. she leaves to cherish her memories, sister, Shannel Reed, brother; Matthew Tatum. Annie was born April 21, 1964 in Boston, MA. Annie moved to Springfield, MA and attended the High School of Commerce. Annie worked for the Springfield Republican for 13 years. Outside of her work, Annie was known for her bright spirits and high energy that she brought into every room. Annie was very family oriented and often enjoyed quality time with her daughter, Ebony Thomas and granddaughters, Ahjae Mullen and Anaya Thomas. Annie was very invested in healthy living, clean eating and holistic healing. She often supported small businesses in Springfield that shared those same priorities. She was a devoted Christian and was sure to pray for and spread the love of God to those around her. The Celebration of her Life will be as follows on Saturday February 21, 2026. Visitation 11 to 12 PM with Funeral Service at 12 PM at Henderson Funeral Home & Cremation Service 52 Hancock St. Springfield, MA 01109. Services entrusted to Henderson Funeral Home. Mrs. Robbins, Ebony and Family, My Sincere Condolences to You All. Annie´s Passing Has Devastated Me. We Were Once Close and That Never Changed Even If It Was Years Between Us Seeing Each Other. Annie´s Laugh and Smile Could Change Your Day. Sometimes I´d Be Mad At Her and She´d Make Me Laugh About It. She Knew She Couldn´t Fool Me, lol. Annie Tatum is Unforgettable.
