Annie Ruth Weaver was the fifth child of six children, born on September 07, 1936, her parents were the late Pretto and Rueben Thomas in Florence, South Carolina. Five siblings preceded her in death; Clara Wilson, Francis Thomas, Fred Thomas, Maurice Thomas (Sunny) and James Lee Thomas.
Later in life, Annie Ruth Weaver moved to Paterson, New Jersey where she raised her (7) children. Her children Christopher Jeffrey Weaver, Carolyn Denise Weaver, George Albert Weaver and Joyal Tameka Weaver preceded her in death. She leaves behind her remaining children, Pretto Renee Scott, Eileen Patricia Black and Gregory Allen Weaver along with a host of grand and great grandchildren.
Late Friday evening on October 10, 2025 God dispatched an angel and said, “Come unto me my child and rest.” Annie responded and said. “I love you Lord.”
Annie will always be remembered. Forgetting those things which are behind and reaching for things that are before. Philippians 3:13
