Annis Mains, age 79, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2026 at the Center on Aging & Health Nursing Home in Erwin, TN. Annis was born in Shady Valley, TN, November 27, 1946 to the late Thomas Mahala and Florence Rutter Mahala.
Visitation for Annis will be held Friday, January 30, 2026 from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. at Mountain City Funeral Home with burial following from Phillippi Cemetery (Liberty Church Rd. Mountain City, TN 37683).
